Traveling is what we like to do for fun as a family of 7. We love creating new memories as a family. We enjoyed an extended Veteran’s weekend in Lafayette, Louisana and we had an amazing time.

We explored some of Lafayette’s greatest attractions over our stay, including Zoosiana of Acadiana.

We truly enjoy experiencing first-time memories with one another. Visiting Zoosiana was one of those moments.

The Giraffes At The Zoo

Our overall experience was simply amazing. However, meeting the giraffes and getting the chance to feed them was my absolute most favorite of them all.

My children enjoyed seeing the alligators as well. As if we don’t see enough in Florida. However, Lafayette is known as a swamp city. Therefore, they definitely have their share of alligators.

Contrary to popular belief food isn’t the only thing good in Louisiana!

This was a very neat experience as a family. If you are thinking about checking out Lafayette Travel then, I recommend you do so. I’m sure that you and your family will enjoy this experience. We’re definitely looking forward to our next visit to Lafayette, LA.
